I work with clients by identifying thoughts, validating feelings, modeling healthy coping skills, and teaching grounding techniques.

I graduated with my MSW from Louisiana State University in December 2024. I have experience facilitating a SOTP group as well as working individually with offenders. I also worked with pre-teen clientele working through anxiety and acute stress disorders. Other experiences that were non-clinical involved working to build a resource manual for the island of Oahu. These areas included food assistance, housing, transportation, medical, and mental health services. I have also provided case management services to families involved in the child welfare system to address allegations and provide assistance to meet family goals. During my training, I worked with military members and their families by observing mental health evaluations. Being a military spouse, I am used to the challenges that many families face in their daily lives and would like to provide services to those in need.

In my free time I enjoy photographing the little joys in life, reading, and spending time with my family.
How I help my clients:
I help clients navigate difficult life experiences, anxiety, and depression by creating a supportive, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space. Using a strengths-based, client-centered approach, I integrate CBT, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness to help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, process and validate emotions, develop healthy coping skills, and practice grounding techniques. My goal is to empower clients to build resilience, strengthen self-awareness, and feel more confident navigating life’s challenges.
