“I provide a safe, supportive space where you can process painful experiences, develop effective coping skills, and reconnect with your sense of strength and self-worth. Together, we'll work toward healing, greater emotional balance, and a life that feels more grounded and fulfilling”.

I work with adults who are navigating the lasting effects of trauma, abuse, and difficult life experiences. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, self-doubt, shame, or emotional exhaustion and want to regain a sense of safety, confidence, and control in their lives. I also support individuals experiencing depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and stress who are looking for a compassionate space to heal and grow.

My clinical interests include trauma, domestic violence, anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem, stress management, and relationship concerns. I take a strengths-based, person-centered approach that helps clients process difficult experiences, build resilience, and develop healthier coping strategies for lasting change.

I am a Licensed Social Worker and Doctor of Social Work with experience supporting individuals through trauma, domestic violence, sexual abuse, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. I earned my Master of Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University and my Doctor of Social Work from Tulane University. I strive to create a warm, supportive environment where clients can process their experiences and build the confidence to move forward.

In my free time, I enjoy hiking, traveling, gardening, and spending quality time with my family. I especially appreciate being outdoors and believe taking time to unplug and recharge is an important part of overall well-being.
How I help my clients:
I believe healing begins with feeling seen, heard, and supported. My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you can openly explore your experiences and begin moving toward the life you want to create. Together, we'll work to process painful experiences, understand how trauma may be impacting your present, challenge patterns of self-blame or negative thinking, and build practical skills for emotional regulation and resilience. My role is not to tell you who to be but to walk alongside you as you rediscover your strengths, reclaim your voice, and create a life grounded in safety, confidence, and hope.
