Position Overview

We are seeking compassionate, skilled Telehealth Therapists to join our growing group practice. This role provides fully remote outpatient mental health counseling to individuals, families, and couples navigating concerns such as anxiety, trauma, depression, ADHD, relational challenges, and more.

Our practice specializes in evidence-based, trauma-informed care—including EMDR therapy—and is committed to creating a supportive environment for both clients and clinicians.

  • Part-time, W-2 employment with benefits (see below)

  • Minimum/target caseload expectations will be established; Must hold at a minimum of 10 client hours per week provided such sessions are available/scheduled

  • Compensation is provided as wages through payroll, with applicable tax withholdings

  • Pay structure includes administrative and clinical/billable hours as defined in employment agreement

  • Work hours, availability, and time-off requests are coordinated with the practice.

  • Therapists are evaluated based on caseload consistency, documentation compliance, client care quality, and professional conduct.

  • Administrative support (billing, scheduling, client coordination, etc.) is provided by the practice

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide telehealth psychotherapy sessions via HIPAA-compliant platform

  • Conduct intakes, assessments, and treatment planning

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation (progress notes, treatment plans, etc.)

  • Utilize evidence-based modalities with clients

  • Collaborate with clinical team as needed (consultation, supervision, case review, etc.)

  • Maintain ethical and legal standards in accordance with state licensing board and practice policies

  • Manage caseload and scheduling in alignment with practice expectations

Clinical Therapist Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, etc.

  • Active unrestricted clinical license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.)

  • Active associate-level License (LSW, LMSW), pursuing clinical hours

  • Licensed in the state of Hawaii, Colorado, or ability to become licensed.

  • EMDR trained or willing to become trained, preferred, not required

  • Available to hold at least 10 client sessions per week provided such sessions are available/scheduled.

  • Ability to work independently with strong communication and organizational skills.

Pre-Licensed Professional Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, etc.

  • Pursuing clinical hours for licensure.

  • CSAC certification, preferred, not required.

  • Interest in becoming licensed in multiple states.

  • Available to hold at least 10 client sessions per week provided such sessions are available/scheduled.

  • EMDR trained or willing to become trained, preferred, not required.

  • Ability to work independently with strong communication and organizational skills.
