I work with adults who are navigating relationship challenges, exploring their identity, or feeling overwhelmed by depression and burnout. Many of my clients are thoughtful, self-aware individuals who appear to be functioning well on the outside, but internally feel disconnected, stuck, or emotionally exhausted.
I also support individuals and couples working through concerns related to intimacy, sexual health, and communication—whether that involves desire differences, discomfort with closeness, or uncertainty about personal needs and boundaries.

I'm always a fan of humor and love to laugh. Music and dancing are a passion of mine so, I can always be found dancing to something (especially when I'm cleaning). I love learning other languages, traveling, and exploring other cultures.
How I help my clients:
I help clients build effective coping strategies using cognitive-behavioral techniques to manage stress, burnout, and depression, while also exploring deeper emotional and relational patterns that may be contributing to current challenges. Through a combination of insight-oriented work and practical skill-building, clients gain a clearer understanding of themselves and their relationships. I also incorporate motivational interviewing to help clients work through ambivalence, strengthen internal motivation, and take meaningful steps toward change—particularly in areas related to identity, intimacy, and personal values.
