A woman with long dark hair and tattoos on her right arm, wearing a striped button-up shirt, gold hoop earrings, a septum piercing, and a nose piercing, sitting at a wooden table against a black wall with white speckles, pointing to her tattooed arm.

“Your experiences have helped shape who you are. There is no shame or judgement in what has helped you survive. Together, I would love to help you thrive.”

How I help my clients:

I joke that my goal is to work myself out of a job - and it truly is my goal as a clinician to help you build the skills and understanding you need to be able to be resilient to what life throws at you. I will meet you where you are at to understand your unique journey and help discover the strengths you already have, but may not recognize, as well as discover the skills that you need to build. Our work begins with building a foundation of trust. In our collaboration, we will create a space safe enough to sit in quiet reflection when words fail, and courageous enough to confront uncomfortable truths, and transform that discomfort into empowerment.

Together, we will build a practical toolkit of strategies that work for YOU. These strategies can include coping strategies, communication strategies, executive functioning strategies, or more. They will be individualized to meet your needs. The skills and understanding that you cultivate in our sessions are designed to have a ripple effect - fostering a personal growth that positively impacts every area of your life.
