    • Intake $140

    • $140 per 60-min session

  • Telehealth Availability Only

    • Tuesday and Thursday 6am-1pm HST

    • Tuesday and Thursday 9am-5pm MDT

*Tricare credentialing pending

*For all other insurances, we can offer a superbill for clients to file with their insurance for possible reimbursement.
