  • Over the past 11 years, Ally has dedicated her career in supporting individuals and families through life’s most complex challenges. Her diverse professional journey includes serving as a substance abuse treatment counselor, a child welfare advocate, a sexual assault crisis response advocate, and a Master’s-level social worker for intimate partner violence programs. Ally has had the privilege of walking alongside youth, families, military service members, and Veterans from a rich variety of cultural backgrounds.

To ensure you receive highly effective, personalized care, Ally draws from a robust toolkit of evidence-based practices. Her integrative approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) with strong Trauma-Informed Care principles. Ally also weaves in mindfulness skills from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), traditional Indigenous healing, specialized substance abuse psychoeducation, recovery modalities, and practical parenting support.

Ally earned her Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and is actively pursuing a clinical license to further elevate the high standard of care she brings to her clients.

  • I enjoy listening to music of all genres, attending live shows, watching movies, singing, reading, research, weight training, going out to eat--especially Pho, enjoying artisan coffees, and my favorite of all, spending time re-connecting in nature with my Ohana.

How I help my clients:

Trauma can often leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves—as if a vital piece of who we are has been left behind or wounded. I believe deep healing comes from gently reclaiming and reintegrating these fragmented parts. By working together in a collaborative, client-led approach, we will face your challenges and help you reclaim your sense of peace. As your therapist, my priority is to provide an empathic, warm, and above all, safe sanctuary for your healing journey. This is your space to share your story at your own pace, and I am honored to walk beside you. Welcome and Aloha.
